UL94V-0 Hot Melt Glue Stick is mainly applied to electrical and electronic components fixing, small appliances assembly, etc.

List of UL94V-0 Hot Melt Glue Stick:
High bonding strength and wide bonding materials: This polyolefin hot melt glue stick is applicable to all types of electronic products assembly, component fixing, filler, etc.

• Hot Melt Adhesive that is in Compliance with UL94V0 flame retardant: Every year we will accept the sampling and testing of UL laboratory to comply with UL Laboratory certification(UL Certificate number: E209485)
• High Temperature Resistant: The softening point of 914W is at 152 ℃ and its heat resistance can reach up to 110 ℃
• Compliance with ROHS: The non-volatile, environmental friendly enable this hot melt adhesive to meet the requirement of ROHS. It has no solvent problem, and doesn’t contain heavy metals.
• Great operational performance & cost saving: Its curing time is very short. From coating to curing, it takes only few seconds to two minutes to reach its initial strength.
• Excellent Dielectric property of Electric Appliance: Its voltage resistance can reach 25KV on destruction test.

Storage Stability:

• Please store the adhesive in well ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight exposure. Shelf life: in original packaging 1 year minimum.

Notice:

• Open time is changeable, depending upon the nature of the substrate, application temperature, thickness of adhesive applied, room temperature and closing pressure.
• Do not touch the molten adhesive. In case of burns from hot adhesive, immediately flush skin with cold water and cover with a clean dressing, do not remove adhesive. Have burn treated by a physician.
• All surfaces should be clean and free of loose elements.
• Do not heat the adhesive over 180℃ in prolonged time to avoid material decomposition and consequent decreased properties.

FDA Status:

• Product compositions meet FDA Food Grade 21 CFR 175.105 -Adhesives.
